Sergio Patrich and the Vancouver Police

One thing that many have been wondering is whether or not anyone whose art is potentially still in the unrightful possession of Sergio Patrich and his colleagues has gone to the police. I can tell you that at least two cases have been discussed with the Vancouver Police directly and files have been openened. When Sergio Patrich and his colleagues closed the gallery and disappeared without telling all their artists where their paintings were going or what was happening this crossed the line from civil to criminal. Consultations with lawyers have confirmed this and the police are now listening. If there are any artists out there whose artworks are still unwillingly in the possession of Sergio Patrich and his colleagues it is important to file a claim with the police. If Sergio Patrich and his colleagues do open another gallery which contains your claimed paintings they will be in possession of stolen goods. If you do not talk to the police, nothing can be done. If you would like more information about this including how exactly to approach the police please do not hesitate to 'contact us'.

Hi Folks,

I have at least 20 works unaccounted for with the closure of this gallery. I would be interested in some email discussion with some of you regarding this.

thanks,
